Hello, I’m Caitlin, the heart behind Hooked on Sleep. As a certified sleep consultant, former secondary school teacher, and solo mum, I understand the science of sleep and the real-life challenges families face.

My journey through breastfeeding struggles, tongue tie, and CMPA shaped my empathetic approach – blending professional expertise with lived experience. Alongside gentle sleep support, I also create handmade crochet outfits, stitched with love to bring comfort and calm to little ones.
